We access your personal information only for the communication necessary to your order(s), and for sending you email updates if you have requested us to do so. Your billing and shipping information is kept secure and private.

Your email address is also treated with respect. We use your email address only for direct Game Surplus business, and will not send you unsolicited email nor in any way make your address available to others. You will be added to our newsletter/updates mailing list only upon your request, and you may remove your address from the list at anytime.
We do not price match. We are confident that our prices are fair, and feel that the time it takes to adjust everything per order, according to who spotted what prices where, detracts from more important matters — such as getting our games out to people as quickly as possible. Also, we aren’t comfortable with the possibility that some customers might get lower prices from us just because they think to ask, while others don’t…. We try to keep things even across the board.
Along the same lines, we don’t offer additional discounts to those who place large orders. We have a number of loyal, high-volume customers, as well as many who purchase games at much lower volume. We are pleased to offer excellent prices and service to all of our customers, regardless of the number of games purchased.
We accept returns of items in original, shrinkwrapped condition within two weeks of purchase. (Holiday exception: Any items purchase between November 15th and December 31st may be returned up until January 20th.)
We will refund the cost of the returned item(s) only; shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued according to the method of payment used for the original purchase, and to the original purchaser only. In the case of returned gifts, we will issue the refund in the form of store credit.
To initiate a return, please write to us at email@example.com. Be sure to include the following information in your email.
1. Your full name
2. The full name of the purchaser (if not you)
3. The order number on the invoice
4. The item(s) you are returning
5. The reason for the return
We will respond with shipping information for your return. Please mail all returns to Game Surplus, 124 E. Main Street, Leola, PA 17540.
While we do our best to pack orders so that they arrive in the best possible condition, sometimes our packages, and the contents therein, are damaged in transit.
If your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately. For our US customers, we will send replacements to you right away, and begin the claim process with UPS. This may (and often does) require you to surrender the damaged item(s) to UPS. In these instances, UPS will pick up the damaged package at the place where it was delivered.
Note for International Customers: We ship international orders via the United States Postal Service. If you included insurance in the shipping cost/method for your package, we will replace your damaged item(s) after contacting the USPS and processing your claim. If you did not insure your package, we have no recourse with the USPS.
